Who Can Enroll in the Art Garden Course?

"Learning in childhood is like engraving on stone." Your child is your most precious asset, and you strive to provide them with every opportunity to acquire life skills, social abilities, and the means to discover and enhance their potential. In today’s world, where children are drawn to electronic devices, which negatively affects their creativity, emotional expression, and social interaction, it is vital to find engaging, beneficial, and enjoyable activities that foster knowledge and essential skills. Art is one of the best ways to enhance imagination and expression, enabling your child to communicate and interact positively, thereby boosting their self-confidence.

What Impact Does Art Have on Your Child?

This is where the forum plays a crucial role in allowing your child to experience using diverse materials to create artworks based on everyday life, scientific, and social themes rooted in principles of imagination, creativity, and structured expression, both individually and collectively. With over 20 years of experience working with children in a safe and creative environment, the forum helps children understand themselves and their surroundings, forming their identity through visual perception, which positively affects their mental, physical, and intellectual health. From an early age, children express their thoughts and feelings spontaneously, making it essential to involve them in activities that enhance their ability to express themselves, communicate, and understand the world around them. Numerous studies indicate that engaging in and learning art is one of the primary means to shape and develop a child’s personality, improving focus, analytical skills, time management, commitment, teamwork, and participation—fostering self-confidence and positive interactions at home and school.

"Unfortunately, today’s technology, despite its importance, keeps our children glued to screens for long hours. It’s crucial to find an activity or hobby for your child that allows them to enjoy a beneficial experience that stimulates thinking, sparks curiosity, and nurtures their personality."

What Experience Will Your Child Have in the Art Garden?

In the Art Garden, we explore life themes centered on imagination and expression (such as family, professions, the surrounding environment, Palestinian identity, and world cultures, as well as human values) and scientific themes (urban scenes, the universe, living and still nature, mechanics, and engineering). This is achieved through three main areas: drawing, storytelling, and crafts. We use various materials, including pencils, charcoal, colored pencils, crayons, pastels, watercolors, gouache, and different types of paper, along with cutting, pasting, assembling, and creating works with clay, mosaics, wood, and stone. Additionally, children will learn about Palestinian and international artists in enjoyable ways that enrich their culture and daily conversations.

Materials: All provided by the forum.

Important Notes:

It is essential to recognize that each child is treated individually within the group based on their personality and progress in skills, techniques, and knowledge. Art is a practice and visual perception without limits regarding skill acquisition and cumulative knowledge.

The instructors possess the personality, charisma, and experience required to engage with children of this age in enjoyable and beneficial ways that directly influence each child's character within the group.

Even if your child has previously taken courses in the Art Garden, continuous learning of skills leads to mastery. Exploring new experiences will cumulatively enhance their skills and imaginative expression, along with fostering positive life characteristics we hope for in our children.
