Who Can Join the Art Garden Course?

"Learning in childhood is like carving on stone." Your child is your most precious asset, and you strive to provide them with every opportunity to acquire vital life and social skills, enabling them to discover and enhance their potential. With children increasingly turning to electronic devices in the current circumstances, which can negatively impact creativity, emotional expression, and social interaction, it is imperative to find engaging and beneficial activities for them. Art serves as an effective means to enhance imagination and expression, helping your child develop positive communication skills and self-confidence.

What is the Impact of Art on Your Child?

In the Art Garden, your child will experience a rich journey using various materials to create artworks based on life, scientific, and social themes that we encounter daily. These works enhance imagination and creativity while fostering both individual and collective skills. With over 20 years of experience working with children in a safe and creative environment, we help children discover themselves and their surroundings, forming their identities through visual perception, which reflects on their mental, physical, and intellectual well-being. Children begin expressing their feelings and thoughts about the world around them spontaneously from an early age, so it is essential to engage them in activities that enhance their ability to express, communicate, and understand their environment. Numerous studies indicate that engaging in and learning art is a primary means of refining and developing a child's personality, as well as enhancing focus, analytical skills, time management, commitment, teamwork, and participation, all of which bolster self-confidence and positive communication with others at home and school.

"Unfortunately, today's technological world, despite its importance, exposes our children to prolonged screen time. Therefore, it is crucial to find an activity or hobby for your child that provides enjoyable and beneficial experiences, stimulates thinking, sparks curiosity, and develops their personality."

What Experience Will Your Child Have in the Art Garden?

In the Art Garden, we explore life themes focusing on imagination and expression (such as family, professions, the surrounding environment, Palestinian identity, world cultures, and humanitarian values) and scientific themes (such as urban landscapes, the universe, living and non-living nature, mechanics, and engineering) through three main areas: drawing, storytelling, and crafts. This will involve using various materials, including pencils, charcoal, crayons, pastels, watercolors, gouache, different types of paper, cutting, gluing, assembling, and creating works with clay, mosaics, wood, and stone. Additionally, children will be introduced to both local and international artists in engaging ways that enrich their culture and daily conversations.

It is essential to recognize that each child will be treated individually within the group based on their personality and their progress in skills, techniques, and knowledge, as art is a practice and visual perception with limitless possibilities for accumulating skills and knowledge.

The instructors have the personality, charisma, and expertise required to engage children of this age in enjoyable and beneficial ways that directly impact each child's personality in the group.
