Seven Palestinian Students Win at the Qatar Teen Art Awards – Season 3

Empowering Young Voices Through Art | Culture & Innovation – Bridging Heritage with the Future

The Visual Arts Forum (VAF) is proud to announce that seven Palestinian students have been awarded in the third season of the Teen Art Awards (TAA), held in partnership with Teen Art Awards Qatar. The awards come from a competitive pool of over 300 applications from teens in Qatar and Palestine, highlighting the exceptional creativity and originality of Palestinian youth on an international stage.

This season’s theme, “Cultural Heritage in the Era of New Technologies”, invited young artists aged 13–17 to explore the intersection of culture, innovation, and the future through visual expression. Submissions spanned a wide range of disciplines, including painting, graphic design, digital art, photography, video, performance, fashion, craft, art writing, and experimental visual practices.

The jury selection process was led by a distinguished panel of artists, curators, educators, and cultural leaders in Qatar, who evaluated works based on originality, conceptual depth, artistic quality, and the strength of youth voices in contemporary art.

As part of this partnership, and in coordination with the Palestinian Ministry of Education, VAF was able to reach schools across the West Bank, ensuring broad access and inclusive participation for Palestinian students.
