She won first place in the Salah Al-Masri Art Creativity Competition in 2013, participated in the Intern Public Program workshop and exhibition at Khalil Sakakini Cultural Center in 2016, and conducted workshops with children in Palestinian refugee schools through Heart to Heart (H2H) from 2013 to 2017.
Majd participated in the Young Artist Competition (YAYA) in 2016, coinciding with the Young Artist exhibition at The Mosaic Rooms in London in 2017. She also participated in the Spectres Communes workshop and exhibition at Dar Qandah in Ramallah and an artistic residency for the same workshop in Bordeaux, France, in 2017.
She was awarded second place in the Ismail Shammout Competition - We Are All for the Homeland - in 2018 and participated in the artistic residency of the Qattan Foundation - Al-Maraafiq - in 2019.
