اقامة فنية في بروكسل

تسعة من طلاب ومدربي منتدى الفنون البصرية انطلقوا بحقائب مليىئة بالشغف والمغامرة وبعض من ادوات الرسم، في رحلة بحث واستكشاف وتعلم للمشاركة في إقامة فنية تمحورت ورشاتها حول عمليات تطوير وانتاج الاعمال الفنية تحت ثيمة (الخطوط)، من كتاب الخطوط: نبذة تاريخية - تيم إنغولد.

 

شارك بالإقامة مجموعة من طلاب مدرسة الفنون البصرية في رام الله ومجموعة من طلاب جامعة لاكومبر (La Cambre) في بروكسل، وكذلك طلاب من جامعة لياج (Liège)، حيث بلغ عدد المشاركين ما يقارب ٤٠ طالب وطالبة.

 

تركزت مواضيع الاعمال الفنية التي تم انتاجها في الإقامة، بمشاركة حول اللغة والكتابة والسفر والتنقل والحوار، وعُرضت هذه الاعمال في اليوم المفتوح لجامعة لاكومبر (La Cambre) والذي حضره عدد كبير من الجمهور.

 

واستكمالاً لرحلة البحث والاستكشاف توجه فريق المنتدى الى مدينة باريس في زيارة لعدد من المتاحف من أهمها متحف البومبيدو والاورسي، وكذلك قام الفريق بزيارة مرسم الفنان هاني زعرب – احد مؤسسي المنتدى- والفنان تيسير البطنيجي وكذلك الفنانة رندة مداح.

 

تأتي هذه الاقامة بالشراكة مع جامعة لا كوبر، استكمالا وامتدادا لإقامة "أماكن للفنانين الدولية" التي يقيمها المنتدى في فلسطين في شهر تموز من كل عام.

Nine students and artist trainers from the Visual Arts Forum set on a journey with bags full of passion and adventure and some drawing tools, to research, explore and learn through participating in an art residency in Brussels. Where they focused on the processes of developing and producing artworks under the theme (lines), from the book Lines: A Brief History - Tim Ingold.

 

A group of students from VAF’s School of Visual Arts in Ramallah and a group of students from La Cambre University in Brussels, as well as students from the University of Liège, participated in the residency, where the number of participants reached to around 40 students.

 

The topics of the artworks produced, centered about language, writing, travel, mobility and dialogue. These works were exhibited at the open day of La Cambre University, attended by a large number of the public. Feasibility

 

In continuation of their journey, VAF’s students and trainers set off to Paris, where they visited a number of museums, most prominent were the Pompidou and the Orsi Museums. While in Paris, the team also paid a visit to the artist Hani Zourub’s studio – one of the founders of the Visual Arts Forum- as a well as the artists Tayseer Al-Batniji and Randa Maddah.

 

This Residency in partnership with La Cambre University, comes as a continuation to the "Amaken International Artists' Residency" in Palestine, initiated and held by VAF in July of each year.
